What is Yoga Therapy?


Yoga therapy is an evidenced based, complimentary intervention that can work in conjunction with existing treatments to provide relief from pain, strengthen the immune system, manage stress and anxiety.Yoga therapy sessions are client-led, client-focused, and compassion-focused. Yoga therapy meets each and every person where they are, we are after all the very best knowledge on ourselves. 


Yoga therapy is steeped in traditional yoga practice and philosophy. As biomechanics evolve, wonderful opportunities are emerging to develop holistic approaches to find the well person from within. We are after all, the best expert on ourselves. Yoga therapy has the ability to work across a wide spectrum of health issues.


The International Association of Yoga Therapists describe yoga therapy as:

Prices for yoga therapy


In Person Yoga Therapy Session 


Single Sessions

Initial Consultation and one-off introductory session (90 minutes) £75.00.

Single Yoga Therapy Session (1 hour) £75.00


Block Bookings

Six Sessions  (1 hour) £250.00*


Block bookings require a non-returnable £50 deposit at the time of booking.

All other sessions payment is required in advance.

Cancellation fees

Up to 48 hours before the session no charge.

Up to 24 hours before the session 50% charge is made.

Failure to attend, full price will be payable.


* Six Sessions to be used within ten weeks of first session
