Private one to one yoga sessions are ideal if you cannot get to a class, do not feel comfortable in a class environment, wish to try yoga before finding a class or want to supplement your yoga practice with some home practice.
A private yoga practice can work in greater detail on postures, flows and breathing techniques. The practice can be informed by you and your individual needs, such as a practice to reduce stress, strengthen or work on a particular area of tension or injury.
Yin Yoga is a beautiful floor-based practice that has a focus on the connective tissues, ligaments, joints and fascia throughout the body. Postures are held for up to five minutes.
Yin yoga is a slow and deep practice that aims to cultivate inner stillness and deep release. Suitable for all levels of ability, including beginners.
