Private one to one yoga sessions are ideal if you cannot get to a class, do not feel comfortable in a class environment, wish to try yoga before finding a class or want to supplement your yoga practice with some home practice.
A private yoga practice can work in greater detail on postures, flows, balance and breathing techniques. We can include some chair yoga practice. The practice can be informed by you and your individual needs, such as a practice to reduce stress, strengthen or work on a particular area of tension or injury.
If space permits I am happy to work with up to four family members or friends in a private practice.
Classes do not have to be used all in one go.
It is preferable for students to have their own yoga mats, however I do carry some.
