Private one to one yoga sessions are ideal if you cannot get to a class, do not feel comfortable in a class environment, wish to try yoga before finding a class or want to supplement your yoga practice with some home practice.
A private yoga practice can work in greater detail on postures, flows and breathing techniques. The practice can be informed by you and your individual needs, such as a practice to reduce stress, strengthen or work on a particular area of tension or injury.
If space permits I am happy to work with up to four family members or friends in a private practice.
Classes do not have to be used all in one go.
It is preferable for students to have their own yoga mats, however I do carry some.
